As the Marketing and Innovation Manager for ICL Growing Solutions North America, Jason Haegele leads the product management, business development, agronomy, and new product innovation functions of the North American commercial business. With over 10 years of industry experience related to seed, crop protection, and plant nutrition, Haegele has a well-rounded understanding of the crop input industry including past roles in product development and market development/agronomy sales support. In his current role, responsibilities include strategy development, external collaborations for new product innovation, M&A evaluation, portfolio expansion and new product launches, and interaction with ICL’s global agronomy and R&D teams to support company initiatives at both the global and North American levels. Haegele holds BS and MS degrees in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Crop Physiology from Iowa State University, and a PhD in Crop Sciences from the University of Illinois. He is based in central Illinois
