Mrs. Roviello graduated as a Chemical Engineer from the University of Naples “Federico II” in 2003.

After graduation, she worked as a Process Engineer at Enel SpA until 2004, then at Tecnomare SpA until 2006, and subsequently at Maire Tecnimont SpA until early 2013.

In March 2013, she joined the process department at Casale. Throughout her career as a process engineer, she has been involved in various projects, ranging from conceptual studies to complex engineering, procurement, and construction projects.

Since 2020, Giovanna holds the role of Process Manager, responsible for complex projects involving all technologies in the Casale portfolio.
